The American Air Museum Wall of Honour was unveiled in the AAM on Sunday September 9, 2007 during Duxford's Premier Air Show weekend. The unveiling was performed in the presence of AAM Members and invited guests by Major General Paul J Fletcher, USAF, Vice Commander, Third Air Force and Air Chief Marshal Sir Peter Squire, GCB DFC AFC DSc FRAeS, President of the American Air Museum.

Three ways are available to AAM Members and donors to have their name and the names of up to two additional loved ones or lost friends added to this meaningful Wall of Honour:
- By making a $10,000 or more bequest or charitable gift annuity, with the AAM as beneficiary.
- By contributing $10,000 or more to the AAM Endowment Fund.
- By contributing $100,000 or more to establish a Named Endowment Fund for the AAM.
There are three Sections of the Wall: Named Endowment Funds, Endowment Gifts and Legacy Society Members. All proceeds will be restricted to the AAM Endowment Fund.
